Terms of Service – Sadiq Stores

By placing an order with Sadiq Stores, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Orders & Payments

• We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for all orders.
• Advance payment is optional for customers who prefer faster order confirmation.
• If a previous order was not received, 10% advance payment is required for the next order.
• All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.

2. Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery time is 5 to 7 working days.
• During sale days, delivery time may vary.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier company.

3. Exchange Policy

• Products can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery, subject to our Exchange Policy
• The item must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.
• Courier charges for exchanges are paid by the customer, unless there was a mistake from our side.

4. Cancellations

• Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of placing the order.
• If advance payment was made, a voucher will be issued, or a refund can be processed after sharing bank details.
• Sadiq Stores reserves the right to cancel any order without prior notice.

5. Limitation of Liability

• We take every step to ensure safe packaging.
• Damages during shipping are at the customer's risk, but we will assist in resolving courier claims when possible.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Please review them regularly for any changes.
