Exchange Policy
Conditions for Exchange
- The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and without any flaws.
- It must include the original tags, user manual, and all accessories.
- The product must be returned in its original, undamaged packaging/box with the return shipping label attached.
- Do not place tape or stickers directly on the manufacturer’s box.
- You can exchange the product within 7 days of receiving it.
- Burned products or products damaged due to misuse are not eligible for exchange.
Electronics Policy
- No after-sale warranty is provided on electronics.
- A 7-day check warranty is available for repair claims only.
- The 7-day warranty does not cover:
- Any voltage burn or damage caused by improper usage.
- Any kind of usage damage.
Exchange Process
- Send the product back to us through any courier service within 7 days of receiving it.
- Courier return charges must be paid by the customer.
- If you received the wrong product, we will refund Rs. 200 delivery charges.
- Once we receive your parcel, our team will notify you via SMS.
- The refund amount can be adjusted in your next order or issued as cash back.
- If the product size is larger than 1 x 1 x 1 ft, you will need to cover the actual courier expense in case the mistake is not ours.
Important Notes
- We pack all products carefully, but any damage during delivery is the customer’s responsibility.
- Returns are not accepted, only exchanges are allowed.
- Delivery charges are non-refundable, except for wrong product deliveries.
- No warranty on electronics, other than the 7-day check warranty.
How to Exchange
- Send the product to us through any courier service.
- Once received, we will inform you via call or SMS.
- A voucher code equal to the product price will be issued for your next purchase.
