Exchange Policy

Conditions for Exchange

  1. The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and without any flaws.
  2. It must include the original tags, user manual, and all accessories.
  3. The product must be returned in its original, undamaged packaging/box with the return shipping label attached.
  4. Do not place tape or stickers directly on the manufacturer’s box.
  5. You can exchange the product within 7 days of receiving it.
  6. Burned products or products damaged due to misuse are not eligible for exchange.

Electronics Policy

  1. No after-sale warranty is provided on electronics.
  2. A 7-day check warranty is available for repair claims only.
  3. The 7-day warranty does not cover:
  4. Any voltage burn or damage caused by improper usage.
  5. Any kind of usage damage.

Exchange Process

  1. Send the product back to us through any courier service within 7 days of receiving it.
  2. Courier return charges must be paid by the customer.
  3. If you received the wrong product, we will refund Rs. 200 delivery charges.
  4. Once we receive your parcel, our team will notify you via SMS.
  5. The refund amount can be adjusted in your next order or issued as cash back.
  6. If the product size is larger than 1 x 1 x 1 ft, you will need to cover the actual courier expense in case the mistake is not ours.

Important Notes

  1. We pack all products carefully, but any damage during delivery is the customer’s responsibility.
  2. Returns are not accepted, only exchanges are allowed.
  3. Delivery charges are non-refundable, except for wrong product deliveries.
  4. No warranty on electronics, other than the 7-day check warranty.

How to Exchange

  1. Send the product to us through any courier service.
  2. Once received, we will inform you via call or SMS.
  3. A voucher code equal to the product price will be issued for your next purchase.
